Q. WHAT ROLE DOES REPRECRUIT PLAY IN A SEARCH?

We take a comprehensive approach and consult you from start to finish. We begin with talking about your concerns, needs, goals and wants. We take all the information you provide us and compile it against the data we have on the all the firms to match them with your criteria. Then we filter and narrow down your search to the top 2-3 broker dealers and give you a full-unbiased report on all the prospective firms. If you feel that the broker dealers introduced still don't meet your needs, we will continue your search.   If you like what you hear we begin to make confidential introductions with the top executives of each firm. We then follow up with you and the broker dealer and nurture the relationship through to an offer stage. Once an offer is received we review and negotiate on your behalf-if needed- to land you the best possible contract.

We are not looking for repeat business - referral business YES! - but not repeat business.

Our goal is to find you the right firm the first time and provide you with all the information we can to help you determine the right broker dealer for you and your clients.


 

Q. WHAT DO YOUR SERVICES COST?

We are a performance-based recruiting firm and our recruiting services are at no cost to you! The broker dealers in the RepRecruit network cover all recruiting services on your behalf. We will never charge you a retainer fee nor will we ever charge you if you decide to stay at your current firm or move to a broker dealer outside of the RepRecruit network. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and will always provide you with all the information we have to help you make the best informed decision-even if you decide not to work with us.

Sure, you can call individual broker/dealers and speak with their recruiters, but you're only going to hear one story- theirs! They all have the best technology, they all have the best back office support and all have the best platforms for you. And they might, but you won't know for sure unless you have colleagues or someone that works closely with those broker dealers.

That's where we come in play. We have placed hundreds of advisors within our network of broker dealers. We have even worked as internal recruiters for some of them. We continuously get feed back from advisors that we have placed and share that information with you.

Our relationship is like an "Agent", 'Athlete", relationship. You the advisor being the athlete and we the recruiters as the agent. We represent you and work for you. You are our client and we have a vested interest to meet and exceed your expectations during your search.
